Discussed about the roles, job and responsibility of the curriculum worker. People who work on curriculum engage in many different types of endearors. First time approach that appeared both comprehensive and workable and concentrate on student behavior in devising objectives for a unit to emphasizes appropriate learning experiences learning experiences rather than simple identifying content to be covered. For curriculum practitioners it was the curricula within the instructional arena and super-vise its use in schools. As classroom teacher, they should think an effective way to plan instruction using social studies textbooks, implements a reading programme. School administrator is to make curriculum adjustments to meet state or national, implement team teaching and encourage teachers. The theories is how to plan the curriculum follow the view of famous people of characters. There has 2 teachers as developers, skills that teacher do become curriculum develops and teacher professional knowledge involved content knowledge (know what they teach).
